Five carved wooden spheres stacked on a central dowel, each painted in milk paint — ochre, oxblood, sea green, cream, black — and each slightly flattened, like it’s carrying the ones above it. Folk carving with a sculptor’s sense of balance. The edges are worn the way good painted wood wears.
