Description
A framed and matted print done in the style of a 1960s romance comic, Ben-Day dots and all. On the left a long-snouted, animal-headed man in a blue suit and tie thinks he can see her whole head and there’s nothing in it. On the right a blonde with a long snout, red lips, pearls and a red polka-dot dress, a tear running down her cheek, thinks she’d rather walk twenty miles on rusty razorblades than give up on her precious Hubert. Skyscrapers and red curtains fill the window behind.
Signed in the plate at the lower right with a monogram we can’t read, with a copyright line beneath. Black frame with a white mat, behind glass (expect reflections in the photos).
